Easy to book in and the stanard of the room

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable.

There was very strange smell in the room, which I did not like.

Brill location, nice staff

Windows don’t open enough and air con did not work therefore the room was very very warm. Also tv only worked on ITV and BBC1

The staff, the location and the condition of the hotel were all excellent.

The noise from the adjacent hotel! Avoid getting a room overlooking the Leonardo hotel...woken on Saturday morning at 5.30am with a delivery and someone banging pallets around, then again at 7am with glass/recycling collection. Same again on Sunday but they gave me a bit of a lie in until 6.30am. The windows in the rooms are not sound proofed at all so this could be looked at. The usual city noises didn't bother me at all but the other hotel need to be spoken to and be more considerate.
